CSFP Provides four-year, need-based, partial scholarships for up to three children in a family. CSFP will award new scholarships to Philadelphia children through two random lotteries. CSFP conducts a priority lottery in mid-November of each year. Winners for this early group will be notified in December. Any applications not selected in this initial lottery will be automatically entered in the final lottery which takes place in early March. Winners of that lottery are notified later in the month.
