St. Martha's Home & School Association

The Home & School Association has, for its main purpose, service to the school community.  This service involves pastor, principal, faculty, parents, and students.


Objectives of the Home & School Association:

  • To help parents and teachers acquire a profound appreciation for the ideals of Catholic education
  • To advance Catholic education and the welfare of all the children in the school
  • To promote clearer understanding of the mutual educational responsibilities of parents and teachers
  • To encourage the home and school to a greater degree of cooperation in performing their responsibilities
  • To study the neighborhood environmental conditions which influence children's behavior
  • To help parents reach agreement on the best solution of common problems of children's behavior


Become a Member:  Annual membership dues are $10.00 per family.  With your membership, you will receive discounts to our events and Special Lunch pricing.   All families are encouraged to be members of our Home & School Association.


Meetings:  St. Martha's Home & School Association will host three general meeting in the Parish Hall throughout the 2016-2017 school year. These meetings provide important school information to parents, along with an opportunity to socialize with your fellow school parents, neighbors and friends. If you attend all three meetings, your name will be entered in a drawing to win a $500 school tuition scholarship!

2015-2016 Home & School Donations

St. Martha's Home & School Association supports our school, parish, teachers, students and their families, and other organizations within the parish.  With your generous support, we were able to make the following donations last year:


  • $50 enhancement gift for all teachers
  • $25 Christmas gift for all teachers and staff
  • Contests and prizes throughout the school year
  • Lunch vouchers given to families at Back to School Night and our General Meetings
  • Continental breakfasts in November and January
  • Raffle and Basket donations to the Carnival and CYO St. Patrick's Day Party
  • Soda donations for Lunch with Santa, CYO St. Patrick's Day Party, and the Ticket Picnic and Auction
  • Photo booth and snack donations for Fun Day
  • Flower donation to the Garden Club
  • Maintenance service for the school copy machine
  • End of year lunch for all teachers and staff
  • Ice Cream Day for all students during Catholic Schools Week
