In order to receive the "Good Steward Rate," families must make sacrificial weekly church offerings and purchase at least $75 per week in scrip. If you do not already have a scrip account, please sign up for one as soon as possible in the Scrip Office during regular scrip hours. Scrip is a convenient way to lower your tuition at no additional cost! To find out more, please click on the "Scrip" tab of our website.


Tuition is due by the 15th of each month and will be collected in the school office during regular school hours. Payments will be considered late as of the 16th of each month. A $30 late fee will be added for all late payments. Payments for the 2018-2019 school year begin in May 2018 and end in April 2019.


If your family is suffering a financial hardship, please contact our Business Manager, Joe Rafalowski, at 215-632-3720. He will be happy to speak with you to find a mutually agreeable payment plan.


Fees

The following fees are also required: 

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $150 per family (payable at time of registration)
  • Book and technology fee of $75 per student (added to tuition account)
  • Lunch monitor fee of $100 per student (added to tuition account)

Fundraising Obligations
As tuition does not cover the full cost to educate a child at St. Martha Parish School, each family is required to support fundraising as follows:
  • Twice yearly (Fall and Spring) Lottery Ticket Fundraiser for which each family is required to sell five (5) lottery tickets at $15 each for a total of $75 (annual total of $150). Any family who does not sell the required number of tickets will have the remaining balance added to their tuition obligation.
  • Provision of ten (10) addresses of potential donors for annual Race for Education.

Documentation

The following paperwork must be submitted upon registration:

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of baptismal certificate, if applicable
  • Most recent immunization records
  • Copy of most recent report card, if applicable

5% Tuition Reduction

Simply pay your tuition in full by May 15th and you will automatically save 5% on your tuition (this discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to school fees).

Referral Incentive Program

You can save $500 on your 2018/2019 tuition and fees by referring a family to St. Martha Parish School. Once this family applies and is accepted to our school, a credit of $500 will be applied to your tuition account and spread evenly among the remaining months of your tuition payments. Financial  Aid

Tuition assistance applications can be completed online beginning November 1, 2017. In addition to the completed application, families must also provide their 2017 Federal Tax Return on or before March 31, 2018. Please click on the following link for school codes: AOP School Codes
